We generally maintain a stable environment, especially during peak times like live streaming on Sundays. However, in case we experience major issues, we post them as incidents and they will be visible on the support chat window as well as on our status page: https://help.sermon.net/status/
While the status page may not show frequent incidents, it’s possible that some issues may not be logged if they were resolved quickly or were isolated events.
