  1. Log Out of All YouTube Accounts on Your Browser
    • Open a web browser on your computer (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
    • Go to YouTube.com.
    • Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Sign out.
    • If you have multiple accounts, make sure you sign out of all of them.
  2. Go to Your Sermon Studio and Remove the Existing YouTube Connection
    • In a separate browser tab, go to your Sermon Studio account.
    • Navigate to the Simulcast page
    • Find the current YouTube connection in your list of streaming destinations.
    • Click the Delete or Remove option for the YouTube connection.
  3. Refresh the Page
    • After deleting the YouTube connection, refresh your Sermon Studio Simulcast page (press F5 or the refresh button in your browser).
    • Make sure the YouTube connection no longer appears in the list.
  4. Add a New YouTube Connection
    • On the Simulcasting page, YouTube, Click Add
    • This will prompt you to log inβ€”be sure to log in with the correct YouTube account you want to use for streaming.
