Facebook Simulcasting - Troubleshooting

As part of your Sermon Studio's simulcasting feature, your Facebook streaming token will be updated nightly to make sure you are good to go for your next broadcast.  If Facebook encounters any issues with this automated process, you will need to manually reset your connection in order to confirm your identity with them.  (For example, if your password at Facebook was modified, or if Facebook detected activity on your account that they deemed suspect.)

Follow these steps to quickly reset your Facebook target within your Sermon Studio account.

1. In a browser, please log into your targeted Facebook.com account and make sure you have proper access to the Facebook page, profile or group you're trying to stream to.

2. Once confirmed, LOG OUT of Facebook.com.

3. Next, log into v3.sermonstudio.net and remove your current Facebook target:
https://v3.sermonstudio.net/secure/LiveSimulcasting

4. LOG OUT of your Sermon Studio account.

5. Then, log back in to your Sermon Studio account, and re-add the Facebook target to re-authenticate with Facebook.
